Car insurance, home-owner insurance, etc. - none of which are tied to employment. By eliminating employee-sponsored insurance people will have very strong incentive to improve their health. Individual insurance also frees folks for staying at less-than-optimal jobs as they control their health insurance.
Many states require large companies to purchase very rich healthcare policies as the number of employees increases. The only beneficiaries are the insurance companies. This greatly increases the burden of doing business in the USA.
