Create an employment portal for all jobs currently held by H1B workers, and encourage U.S. citizens to compete for those jobs

Penalize companies that refuse to list jobs currently held by H1B workers and/or fail to replace H1B employees with qualified U.S. citizens.

Refusing to list jobs held by H1B workers: This means that companies would be required to publicly post or disclose jobs currently filled by foreign workers on H1B visas. The penalty would apply if companies fail to make these jobs visible for potential applicants (especially U.S. citizens) to see and apply for.
Failing to replace H1B workers with qualified U.S. citizens: This implies that if a U.S. citizen is qualified for a job currently held by an H1B worker, the company would be required to prioritize hiring the U.S. citizen over the H1B worker. A penalty would be imposed if the company does not comply.

The H-1B visa is a non-immigrant work visa that allows U.S. companies to TEMPORARILY employ foreign workers in specialty occupations. These jobs typically require highly specialized knowledge and a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in fields such as IT, engineering, mathematics, science, medicine, and more.

Indians are willing to work for half the rate of Americans because living 3 people to a bedroom in the USA is better than having an apartment to yourself in India. Companies will put out job advertisements, do interviews, and offer horrible wages or simply close the position so they can go back to the government and beg to hire cheap H1B workers.

And once an Indian, or Chinese, is put in any sort of position that has hiring power they are extremely racist in their hiring and will only hire their own people. I’ve seen it at multiple companies, an Indian gets promoted to engineering manager and every person they hire from then on is Indian.

Get rid of them all. Once we do, can you imagine how much cheaper housing will be? Maybe young couples would be able to buy a house and start a family finally.

The H1B workers is one of the reason why the Big-Tech, Big-Pharma could make the huge profits with DOJ and led to the corruption.

Most of them can not speak up and have discriminatory culture, and it ruined the United States as a whole.

Companies know how to work the system to hire a H1B Visa worker instead of an American. And promote H1B Visa workers within the company.

A job is posted externally and internally. The H1B Visa worker who is already an employee of the company applies for the job which happens to be a promotion.

The company goes through the motions to interview Americans from outside the company and even inside the company.

In the end an internal H1B Visa worker as current employee is offered the job, which is a promotion. The American is rejected because they say they aren’t qualified but they really are. No one questions it. It is a way to advance H1B Visa workers in a company.

Indians stick together and they make sure their friends get hired in. They also know how to get an American worker pushed out so a friend with a H1B Visa worker can be hired to replace the American.

I can completely relate to all that you have stated. As a white female American, I could never get hired by a hiring manager who is from India. I was out of work for 11 months when I experienced this.

White female Americans are treated like third class citizen who are not intelligent. The IT Departments are all run by people from India where the cast system is the approach for management.

I do have a good job now where I’m the only American with a team of all H1B Visa workers from India and offshore Indian workers. As long as I’m in an individual contributor role where I work with all Indians and management is all Indians, I’ll never advance. It just won’t happen for a white female.

I have to be careful too that I don’t perform my job too well or I am seen as a threat. I had this happen to me. I got bullied and pushed out the door. I got replaced with an H1B Visa worker who was friends with another H1B Visa worker.
