We have qualified people here that are not getting jobs. These people are coming on these programs and not leaving when the job ends. It’s so hard to get in the IT field because of this program. Now they are coming taking our Finance and other positions as well. When we have graduates here that can’t find a job. They keep expanding to different types of jobs. Just like the tariffs on products there should be tariffs on outsourcing (hiring abroad).

Ban federal contracting companies from sending US citizens’ private information defined as PII (personally identifiable information) abroad. There are companies with an office in the US and entire human resources abroad that hire contractors for federal projects. That includes contractors with security clearance. All their personal data is sent abroad! That creates a security issue.

H1B Visa is modern day indentured servitude. And like slavery it needs to be abolished.
Any companies or federal agencies using these foreign visa workers are disenfranchising American workers and promoting human rights violations. The entire H1B visa program is a huge and abhorrent scam with the way these visas are being auctioned off to the highest bidders in other countries. The corruption is unbelievable.
These visa workers have NO skills, NO experience and substandard education. Their resumes are 100% fabricated and these poeple are literally emailing their work back to their home countries where they are paying entire offices of workers pennies on the dollar to complete the work for them and send it back. This is a massive information security vulnerability and violation of privacy not to mention intellectual property rights. Those people in the foreign offices are selling it all to competitors and enemies of our country.
The quality of the work is trash too. Back when I could still find jobs I spent most of my time devugging and fixing the broken insecure code provided by visa workers.
And people wonder why everyone is getting hacked these days….
