The U.S. Military supports multiple procurement programs. Doesn’t make sense. Achieve massive economy of scale and maximum buying power by consolidating all procurement under one DPA (Defense Procurement Agency). There is no efficiency in having separate procurement operations for 5 different military services. Consolidate and dramatically reduce the number of employees dedicated to this function, while streamlining operations and maximizing efficiency.
