Fix military spending

For a very long time, the military has gone through approved venders, to order what is needed for our troops, such as office supplies, uniforms, furniture, equipment the list can go on and on. However, these vendors price gouge. A desk that is $500 at office depot can easily cost 2-5k through these venders. I believe it needs to stop so much money is wasted every year by going through these vendors. Either we need to ensure the vendors are not price gouging anymore, or we can go to the civilian sector to get our goods.
