Cell phone privacy of family’s and there underage kids at schools
School’s should not have the right or power to demand any child in there class rooms to unlock there phones, so the teacher can look through it, for what ever reason. this is invasion of privacy, of the child as well the parents who have there child’s phone connected to there account. They should need the parents permission to do so.
The schools as well teachers have been given a little to much power in class rooms, to do anything they want even break the law with no consequences.
Make it illegal for any school or employees of school districts to have any right to demand and child to unlock there phones for them, the parents, need to be notified and the parents need to decide how to handle the problem.
These children don’t understand there right to there privacy, these schools and teacher are violating that.
