Banned foreign spending

Immediately banned all foreign spending and aid no more money sent over seas until the American people are taken care of and fema and the Red Cross that receives any tax payer dollars can no longer spend that money on non American citizens and require year government spending audits that show the American people exactly where there tax dollars are going this audit will be conducted by a 3rd party that cannot be controlled by the u.s government or the U.S treasury the audit will take place at random so no government entity can try to hide or cover up their corruption and any government entity that is caught defrauding the U.S people will receive a fine and a minimum prison sentence of 15 years
