Ban Applicant Tracking Systems

Ban any form of Applicant tracking systems which is artificial intelligence managing the hiring process. It has major flaws. One major flaw…it rejects qualified applicants sometimes within 15 minutes. It rejects applications when the candidate has previously held the same job at another company. It rejects applications if your resume has formatting. It rejects your application if your resume doesn’t have the exact same words as the job description. The horrible result is that I’ve been unemployed for 8 years with 37 years of working experience in nuclear power industry and transit industry. I have the qualifications. Applicant tracking systems are stealing American citizens jobs.
