To ensure transparency in the hiring process, businesses should only post job listings for actual, open positions. Avoid “ghost job listings” — postings without genuine hiring intent — to foster a fair job market and prevent candidates from wasting time and resources on false opportunities.
I absolutely agree with this.
What does this have to do with what I’m proposing?
Wrong posting sorry i removed it and added it to the correct post
I agree on this also. I have put off looking for a new job because of this. Then the pay some offer doesn’t match what they expect from you as for as education and experience.
Good points with education and experience!
This!! I had applied to over 200 jobs 2 years ago. Got 5 job interviews no job.
Wow. This right here makes me shocked that this is still legal… I’m 24 and this is frustrating. My youngest brother is 20, I don’t want this for him.
I’m going to start exploring ideas and expanding the idea throughout the week.
I’ve done 1k resume submissions and have gotten four rejection letters and zero interviews in the span of a whole year. Keep in mind my portfolio, resumes, and cover letters are fully optimized and redone many times, even with the help of professionals. I’m under the somewhat crazy belief that I’m blacklisted by government to private-company collusion from ever getting a decent job. I’ve litterally tried it all; even mailing my resume. It’s either high competition, DEI filter, ghost job listings, blacklisting (possibly ISP blacklisting or private company and fed collusion), a mysteriously faulty or unreachable cellphone contact number, or an absolutely evil and unforgivable ATS system filter. Surely there is no other explanation.
