Ban any attempt at Weather Modification

My only exception would be if they could stop a hurricane or tornado…

I agree. The Geo-engineering of our weather must STOP. Chemtrails are poisoning our land and us and it’s been done WITHOUT our consent! This practice must STOP.

Volcanoes put dust into the air. Hurricanes churn water and winds with devastating effects over populated land. These are natural forces that nature balances, all by itself.

I agree with Kyle O’Connell that natural forces can affect us in disastrous ways, and this is when communities and societies come together to help one another.

The concern: Unintended consequences. They always exist when tampering with nature. (Like releasing DNA-tampered mosquitos.)
Is weather modification SO necessary? I think not. Especially when the unforeseen consequences could be worse than the cure.

BAN modification? I’m not sure this is the answer, but making public the release of chemical or any other substances into the environment BEFORE IT HAPPENS IS A MUST. Right now we see chemtrails all over the place and I don’t remember any US citizen being asked if we are okay with it. (Spoiler: We are not.)

Unless they get a degree in “Unintended Consequences”, it’s not fair to subject populations to experimentation. Especially without the population’s knowledge or consent.

Policies for the People
National Transparency and Environmental Health Safeguard Act:
Proposal for Congressional Action: Project Eco-Shield Texas International

Introduction and Purpose

Purpose: Project Eco-Shield Texas International seeks to address the severe environmental and public health risks associated with unauthorized geoengineering, specifically the atmospheric dispersal of aluminum oxide and barium oxide particles. These particles are commonly used in geoengineering to “dim” sunlight as a means of mitigating climate change. However, they interfere with essential parts of the sun’s spectrum, disrupting natural processes and posing significant risks to human health, ecosystem balance, and agricultural productivity.

Objective: This proposal aims to secure Congressional support to:

Halt unauthorized geoengineering practices.

Enforce transparency in airline waste management.

Implement systematic environmental remediation methods to restore natural ecosystems affected by these practices.

Mandate robust monitoring systems to detect and prevent atmospheric and ground-level contamination.

Immediate Legislative Needs:

Establish clear policies to prevent unauthorized chemical dispersal in the atmosphere.

Enact mandatory oversight in waste handling and airline operations.

Allocate funding for environmental restoration in affected areas and public education on geoengineering risks.

Problem Statement

Unauthorized geoengineering, particularly through the dispersal of aluminum oxide and barium oxide particles, interferes with the natural sunlight spectrum and disrupts the benefits that sunlight provides for human health, ecological processes, and agriculture. The implications of this interference are extensive, ranging from vitamin D deficiency to disruptions in plant growth and compromised ecosystem health.

Key Concerns:

Public Health: Particulate chemicals scatter or block essential wavelengths, limiting exposure to UVB and red/infrared light, critical for vitamin D synthesis, cellular repair, and immune function.

Ecosystem Disruption: Geoengineering particles affect the full spectrum of sunlight needed for photosynthesis, growth, and biological rhythms in plants and animals, threatening biodiversity and agricultural productivity.

Transparency and Accountability: Currently, there is no oversight or public reporting of chemical dispersal practices in aviation. Unauthorized waste handling in aviation presents a significant public health risk and raises questions about corporate accountability.

Core Goals of Project Eco-Shield Texas International

Prevent Unauthorized Geoengineering
Create legislative measures prohibiting any form of atmospheric geoengineering without public consent and rigorous health and environmental assessment.

Enforce Transparency and Accountability
Mandate transparency in airline waste handling operations, including third-party oversight of waste trucks and weigh-ins.

Implement Environmental Remediation
Deploy advanced purification and restoration techniques in affected areas to restore air, water, and soil quality and support ecological balance.

Health Benefits of the Sun’s Spectrum

To understand the impacts of sunlight dimming through aluminum oxide and barium oxide particles, it’s essential to recognize the sun’s spectrum and its benefits:

Visible Spectrum (400 - 700 nm):
Blue Light (450 - 495 nm): Regulates circadian rhythms, improves mood, and enhances cognitive function.

Green Light (495 - 570 nm): Supports relaxation, reduces pain, and aids in recovery from migraines and other neurological conditions.

Red Light (620 - 750 nm): Promotes cellular repair, enhances energy production, and improves skin health through collagen stimulation.

Non-Visible Spectrum (Beyond Human Perception):
UVB (280 - 315 nm): Critical for vitamin D synthesis, supporting bone density, immune function, and cardiovascular health.

Near Infrared (700 - 1400 nm): Penetrates tissues deeply, aiding in wound healing, improving circulation, and reducing inflammation.

By scattering or blocking these wavelengths, aluminum and barium particles deprive living organisms of essential health benefits, leading to a range of physical and mental health issues, as well as ecological disruption.

Effects of Aluminum Oxide and Barium Oxide on the Sun’s Spectrum

Overview of Particle Interference:

UV and Blue Light Reflection: Aluminum oxide scatters and reflects UVB rays, reducing vitamin D production and compromising immune health. Lower blue light exposure disrupts circadian rhythms, leading to sleep disorders and cognitive decline.

Red and Infrared Light Scattering: Barium oxide disperses red and infrared wavelengths, hindering cellular repair, inflammation reduction, and mitochondrial function.

Natural Light Imbalance: Reduced spectrum exposure affects ecosystems, altering plant photosynthesis and animal rhythms, impacting food chains and biodiversity.

Proposed Legislative Measures and Program Recommendations

Airline Waste Protection (AWP) Program
Waste Truck Weighing and Oversight: Require all waste trucks servicing commercial airlines to be weighed and observed by NGO representatives to ensure transparency during operations.

Tamper-Resistant Nozzle Design: Mandate the development of a secure nozzle and automated, closed-system waste recovery technology for commercial aircraft. This design would prevent unauthorized chemical introductions and eliminate tampering risks in waste line handling.

Aircraft Weighing Protocol: Require periodic weighing of aircraft to detect unapproved retrofitting for chemical storage. Any significant weight discrepancy from the original manufacturer specifications would prompt inspection.

Geoengineering Prevention Task Force
Establish a Dedicated Task Force: Form an EPA-led task force to monitor, investigate, and report on geoengineering activities. The task force would conduct research on environmental contaminants, provide public reports, and respond to citizen concerns.

Publicly Accessible Database: Create a national database documenting contamination levels and sources to keep the public informed about environmental health risks related to geoengineering activities.

Environmental Remediation and Resource Recovery Initiative
Remediation Grants: Allocate funding for state and local governments to implement Eco-Shield’s purification technologies in areas most affected by contaminants.

Advanced Resource Recovery: Support the development of new resource recovery techniques to extract useful materials (e.g., aluminum, rare earth elements) from environmental contaminants, promoting both remediation and resource sustainability.

Expected Impact and Public Benefits

Public Health and Safety:

By reducing unauthorized dispersal of harmful chemicals, this policy enhances public health, supports immune function, and reduces risks associated with sunlight deprivation.

Ecosystem and Agricultural Sustainability:

Restoring full-spectrum sunlight access enables healthier ecosystems, supports biodiversity, and boosts agricultural productivity, directly benefiting food security and rural economies.

Economic and Environmental Leadership:

The U.S. can lead in environmental responsibility by demonstrating innovative solutions for managing atmospheric and ground-level pollution. The adoption of closed-system waste technology and remediation measures could set global standards for aviation safety and environmental health.

Implementation and Funding Requirements

Phased Implementation:
Begin with a pilot program in high-risk areas to assess the effectiveness of closed-system waste technology and expanded environmental monitoring.

Gradually expand the program nationwide, adapting resources and oversight based on pilot program results.

Funding Allocation:
Initial Program Funding: Funding for task force operations, public reporting tools, and tamper-resistant waste management systems.

Environmental Remediation Grants: State-administered grants for the installation of Eco-Shield’s remediation technologies and local monitoring stations.

Research and Development Investment: Funding for further R&D on secure nozzle technology and resource recovery from environmental contaminants.

Conclusion and Call to Action

The case for Project Eco-Shield Texas International is clear: unauthorized geoengineering and lack of transparency in airline waste management pose serious risks to public health, environmental stability, and agricultural productivity. By implementing this comprehensive policy proposal, Congress can lead in safeguarding American citizens, supporting ecological balance, and upholding national integrity.

Call to Action: We urge Congress to review the evidence and enact The National Transparency and Environmental Health Safeguard Act, ensuring that all environmental interventions are transparent, scientifically validated, and in service of public well-being.

TN did not succeed because the final statement on the bill was that the government did not believe spraying was happening presently nor would it happen in the future and therefore there would not be any need for the issue to be addressed.

Tennessee has already made this law. Other states need to follow suit.

Yes Ban all weather modification period. Spraying chemicals into our atmosphere is only more poison they are subjecting us to!

Any and all attempts to modulate weather, add, or take away substances from the atmosphere through artificial means must be banned.

Was a cloudless, blue sky morning here in Charleston, SC 11/18/24 - then the planes came one after the next to block our beautiful sun and send god knows what chemicals into our air. The same took place yesterday. PLEASE MAKE IT STOP.

BAN ALL CHEMTRAILS FOREVER. All chemtrail planes should be stopped immediately.

Sorry but the law has no teeth at all. The skies are still being sprayed on a relentless schedule in TN. The closing paragraph of the TN bill says that it is assumed the spraying is not taking place now or will it in the future. Thus, there is no responsibility for the state to take action. You can look it up. Google the bill and see for yourself.

We haven’t seen any in our area of TN since the law was passed. Perhaps my area gives it more weight than other areas.
