TN banned spraying of chemicals in the air. Hoping to replicate whatever they did with our legislature here in AL. Are you in communication with any of those folks? There is another one here (Marty Mason) who also listed banning chemtrails as a policy suggestion. We need to combing forces to ban in all states.

Monsanto is/has patented seeds able to grow in aluminum-contaminated soil. Why would they do that if aluminum (a neurotoxin) was not being sprayed in the skies?? Difficult to find primary source materials but this is a website describing this. Am sure the patents are available online.

My only challenges:
“Weather” is a broad term. How will it be defined?
What about circumstances when intervening could save lives?
As a Floridian, the only thing I would want is to turn away any hurricane threatening land.

All these floods are because of this and the hurricanes! They made that hurricane Helene stronger and pushed it directly to those people! Look at the flight logs of the planes circling the hurricane

I get that but it’s what’s in the chemtrails that all fall back down to the ground that concern me. I don’t want “the right weather for my pocket book” if it means I’m inhaling bad nanotechnology or heavy metals. Now if they can spray an irganic compound that heals the soil and us, then I’d consider it

A CIA Operation known as “Popeye” was used first during the VietNam War to disrupt Viet Cong Troop movements along the Ho Chi Minh Trail and worked better than expected. Geoengineering… Weather Modification… has totally gotten out of control. It needs to be stopped. Spraying toxic chemicals and heavy metals in the atmosphere is detrimental to all life on this planet. It has been being done in secrecy, without any regulation. I know many people with very high concerns about this. We need better oversight on this… Bring the argument into the open. Everyone needs a say on this.

We must stop weather modification. It is hurting us, not helping us. We must stop the “chem trails”. Its gotten out of hand. Manipulating the weather has turned out to be a weapon used against their own people.
Here in Middle Tennessee you can see the chem trails everywhere, yet we experienced no rain for almost a month. Plus I truly believe that the establishment altered Hurricane Helene’s path on purpose for nefarious reasons.
Weather modification might be useful to steer hurricanes and tornadoes away from populated areas, if there was a way to deter/prevent nefarious use. Also, rain for farmers is useful if it doesn’t mean putting harmful metals/chemicals into the air or soil. Perhaps more study is required. Definitely more public awareness and input may be required in opening dams.
I see these in the sky above my property all the time, and then the next day there’s uncanny cloud cover. It’s like looking at AI, not being able to say what exactly is unnatural about it, but knowing it’s just not RIGHT.
I have environmentally caused health problems, my children have environmentally caused health problems. It makes me sick to my stomach every time I look up at the sky and see the poison being dumped on top of us

I’m not making any claims on What God has set Nature to do, I’m simply saying we can still use HAARP, without all the Chemtrails, and heavy metals in the atmosphere…
An we can use it to help from Crops, but it has to be heavily regulated, unlike it is today…
Florida, too. Plants do not grow as healthy or produce the way the did. This past growing season was noticeable.

There are tons of universities all over the world that offer a degree in Geoengineering. I don’t like the idea that the “scientists” can do all of the experimenting that they want. I also don’t like the universities teaching Geoengineering and giving degrees for it. Anyone with a degree in Geoengineering will also want to make money with their degree.
They are not God, and they should not be discovering, learning, employing ways to circumvent, change, or produce God’s natural weather patterns, cloud formations, earthquakes, tornados, hurricanes, et al.
