Simply codify the following into law or make it an Amendment to the Constitution:
“Adults have the human right to make private medical decisions for themselves and their children.”
All anti-vaccine/pro-vaccine debates are immediately resolved by making the USA into the first country in the world to honor not only the right to keep your medical records, history, and choices private, but your right to make the decisions you believe are right for you and your children as well.

This could legalize abortion and transgender treatments for minors, simply because the parents approved it. It would legalize all abortions, because the mother is the parent of her unborn baby and the abortion industry claims that killing unborn children is healthcare.

Yes- parents have to be the ones making the medical decisions, but an unrestricted, unilateral right would also cause a lot of harm.
