Guaranteed Bodily Autonomy

Take the politics out of the human body. Each individual is the owner of their body and should have the right to manage it as they see fit without being forced to face harassment, oppression, or public discussion. Parents also need a guarantee that they are able, by law, to protect their minor children from medical mandates and procedures. Medical decisions are private and should not be a common topic used to fuel political agendas and anger around the country. This topic covers all medical treatments including, but not limited to, vaccinations, reproductive care and treatments, disease treatment and prevention.
Bodily autonomy is the right to make decisions about one’s own body, life, and future without coercion or violence. It’s a fundamental human right and a core tenet of international medical ethics.
