The Federal Reserve operates under an unconstitutional mandate to regulate monetary policy. This should be fairly easy to overturn in court. Congress can and should be bypassed so as not to legitimize this mandate any further. The functions of the Fed should be returned to the Treasury Department. It’s obvious that something needs to be done about the Federal Reserve ponzi scheme. Anything acting on behalf of the government that is not under the oversight of the government is a threat to the country. The Federal Reserve Act, 16th and 17th Amendments all happened in 1913, during Woodrow Wilsons administration. Wilson was an open racist, member of the Fabian society (a Marxist organization) and had open distain for the Constitution. Also, in 1913 Marxism was beginning to rage across eastern Europe. I believe with a little pressure, given our wonderful 2024 election results, the FED can be ended. The Fed chair says the law prohibits Trump from firing him; well, the Constitution prohibits the Federal Reserve.
