Reason for the Bill:
This bill seeks to:

  • This legislation would ensure that gynecological services are exclusively for individuals who are biologically female, thereby preserving the specialized nature of gynecology which focuses on female reproductive health.

  • By specifying that gynecological care is for women, this bill aims to maintain the specialized focus of gynecology, potentially enhancing the quality of care by ensuring that gynecologists do not need to adapt their practices to the delusion of gender identities.

  • Restore clarity in healthcare settings about where patients should seek care based on their gender.

-Furthermore, the gender you are born as cannot be changed on your birth certificate.

I would remove the 1st line “Reinstate the traditional practice where only individuals who identify as women receive care by gynecologists.” . Identify is the problem.
Also on birth certificates, the gender you are born as cannot be changed. It is your birth Certificate, not your Identity certificate.

This is a problem in the Hospital ER setting with people identifying as woman/female which kicks off tests such as pregnancy etc. ALL medical Facity should get your gender at birth. What you identify as does not matter in a medical setting except for mental health.

There is now an “Identity Certificate” to counter a "Birth Certificate: "!!! OMG! :laughing: What a clown show? I would have never thought that people could be so easily confused between “XX vs. XY” – until today. This whole nonsense needs to end. America made it 250 years without this insanity. We can go another 250 without it. Purposely incorrect sexual self-identification can only be representitive of less than 1/1000th of the population. It needs to be ignored as perhaps the fantastical and fleeting whims of a madman. My two cents.
