People should have to select which proposed policies they agree and/or disagree with rather than a canidate on the ballots. Whichever candidates beliefs lined up most with the voters beliefs would be who they voted for. Those running for president should recieve equal coverage to give third party/independent parties a fighting chance at winning rather than the election always coming down to the democratic or republican nominee.
