A complete overhaul of the VA.
All salaries of top officials should be limited. No bonus for any top tier officials. All top officials should have to veterans. And all employees should be made to use the VA for their healthcare so they can see how bad it is. Also time limits installed for VA to process claims. Va must also have new rule to opperate from the position of all claims are presumed unless Va can establish the claim is not service connected. Veterans need to stop being forced to prove their claim. Just like in court the goverment has to meet burden of proof not the person.
