Unemployment: private savings

Employees should accrue payments over time from each payperiod which companies pay into an employee’s private account, much like a 401k.

There are many people who will work 5, 10, 15, 20+ years and never tap into unemployment.

Should someone work for 20+ years and not take unemployment this would help them retire comfortably.
No longer should people tirelessly work so that others can milk unemployment checks by working to get fired.

Companies force people out in various unethical ways to avoid having to pay into unemployment. They do so to avoid having a higher experience rating through their insurance providers which would result in companies having higher premiums.

People who have worked for years without claiming unemployment still only get the same amount / time when they finally do make a claim.

Lets stop companies from forcing people out through weird policies like, “return to office,” crazy shifts, bad/toxic work environments, or whatever they can scheme up to make someone quit their job, force them to resign, or claim they were fired due to whatever bogus claim they can muster up.
