Tort Reform /Judge Accountability

On all levels of civil litigation, it shall be the obligation of the losing party to pay all lawyer fees and attorney costs.

Conversely, any litigant having lost a civil case has the right to appeal a judge’s decision in a speedy review of the facts of the case by an independent panel, removing all personal information. This includes the names, location, and any other identifying information so as to review the case with no chance of discrimination or bias.

Any judge having three or more cases overturned by this body shall go through a review process that will analyze all cases determined by this judge in the previous six months prior to the complaint.

Should a judge be deemed unfit based on this review, they shall be removed from the bench and be ineligible to hold any office that would allow them to preside over any case or complaint where that judge’s findings would be binding the the parties involved.
