Federal Judges

Something has got to be done about the federal judges. If they are permitted to judge us, they should be accountable to us. I’m not sure if this means we would actually elect them as well, or how this could happen, but my understanding is they were not put in place to judge the people, they were put in place to judge the federal government and its employees. But somehow we’ve gotten to this point. So if they are going to have the privilege to judge us, they should be accountable to us just as state judges are.

NO JUDGE ABOVE THE LAW

Judges would be held to the Law, like everybody else.

They’d have to warranty their judgements.

There’d be no letting violet criminals out to have access to innocents nor any legislating from the bench.

We should do away with case law and only have constitutional law as our founders intended . Case law is English Common Law, something of which our founders fled from. They were aware of Judges being bribed and political influence.

WE ALIGN THEM

Common law is the cataloging of empirical outcomes of dispute settlement between peoples. As long as the decisions remain lawful, constitutionally so, but also in alignment with natural law. The Law: natural law {laws of reality} > constitutional law {law of a peoples} > common law {findings under the law} > legislation {common concurrency to sunset when outcomes are achieved}

There could no longer be use of the word of the law to abuse to the color of the law.

Nearly all the court has done for centuries is creating unsettlement; where its job is opposite that result. If courts don’t produce settlement, they aren’t lawful.
