Teach Beneficial Subjects for Real World

Teach subjects regarding credit, loans, trust funds, purchasing of homes, purchasing of cars, savings accounts, stocks, investing, DTI etc. We are not commonly taught this in school and I think these are really important to know once graduated from high school/in high school. I feel it could be taught beginning of 9th grade and on. So many of us graduate and know absolutely nothing about it.
