Require Financial Learning classes in schools

I believe all schools for underage children should be required to teach basic and intermediate financial classes as normal, required credits.
Many people do not know simple financial concepts like balancing bank accounts or how 401(k) plans work. Classes should also include topics like stock market basics, mortgage rate calculations, and any other subject that could or should be used later in life. Many people remain in poverty due to not knowing how to capitalize on financial products that could better their lives and that are absolutely available to them if they had the knowledge to seek them out. Or they know about them but not how they work well enough to be comfortable utilizing them.

I would argue that it isn’t the financial products themselves that provide this benefit, but rather the knowledge and understanding of how to implement the concepts and strategies required to achieve the financial future you are hoping for tomorrow.

These are my thoughts about how we can help to provide this ability to current and future generations, I’d love to hear your feedback.

You just repeated what I said. I don’t need people to argue with my opinion anyway. Its asinine.
