Sorry, I just chose any category. How about an App where each american could login and choose the direction their tax dollars goes in. This would force governments to act on the citizens desires. Obviously the gov would worry that certain things that need funding wouldnt get it and thats why 10% of taxes would cover this possible issue. 90% however though should be chosen by the individuals. Americans having the say to where their money goes would also help keep corruption out of the government. Make the possibility of stealing the tax dollars harder and curruption will set its scope on something else.
