Allow all US citizens the option to choose where and and how much of their taxes are allocated to various national needs. This can be accomplished via a simple list with boxes that can be checked next to each item, and a field to enter a percentage amount. This should be a part of their filing tax return process. For any form that has no allocation designations it will be assumed their fine with their taxes being used equally. The list can be general with detail sub-categories for anyone who would like to be more specific.

Yes!! If we have to be taxed, I’d like to choose where that money goes. We’ll see which issues are really important to citizens.
