Stop private insurance price gouging

Private insurance has skyrocketed beyond what the average American family can afford. With high cost out of pocket premiums and shady practices of dictating care and price, it’s time to stop these companies from taking advantage of the American people. No one should be forced to choose between paying for private insurance or paying to keep a roof over your head. These companies should not dictate where you are able to receive care or what medication you are able to get. Insurance should not make any medical decisions on the behalf of customers. This malpractice needs to stop. Fines should be put in place against these mega corporations pretending to know more than our healthcare providers . At the end of the year if you have not used your insurance you should receive a refund or have the option of the extra payments YOU THE COSTUMER paid to be set towards next year’s cost to maintain a policy with said company. Companies should not receive different prices from someone who does not have insurance. Insurance should be responsible for paying medical bills not leaving you with a bill over $1,000 for care. The cost for a monthly plan should not cost more than $300 for high coverage plan. Low coverage for medical care should exceed no more than $100 dollars a month. Health insurance should be available to all on a affordable level just like any other insurance. Enough of the price gouging.
