Insurance company greed

I verify benefits for patients in a small medical practice. Insurance companies are making billions per year but are sticking families with out of pocket maximums of up to $32,000 per year. Who can afford that?? We know Obamacare made health insurance more expensive but it also allowed insurance companies to become greedier than ever and families shouldn’t have to choose between treatment and groceries.
