Solutions to Israel Palestine Conflict

Start with facts. The people who lived where Israel is now had their land stolen by force less than 70 years ago. They have been violently repressed ever since. An occupied people have the right to fight back. Some say Israel has the right to exist. No nation has a right to exist. A nation exists to serve the people. Just read the U.S. Declaration of Independence to understand this concept. In a free society, individual rights trump the desires of the State. According to the Times of Israel, “Netanyahu sent Mossad head, general to Qatar, ‘begged’ it to pay Hamas” https://www.timesofisrael.com/mossad-chief-top-general-visited-qatar-begged-it-to-pay-hamas-liberman-says/
According to the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace: Ami Ayalon, former director of Shin Bet, Israel supported Hamas to avoid a Two-state solution.

Given the facts, there are two obvious solutions:

  1. Give the Palestinians their own State, or
  2. Make Israel a Democracy with the rule of law enforcing equal rights for all.

Until one of these solutions is implemented, the U.S. should cease all aid of any kind to the State of Israel and do all it can to aid the civilians who are being slaughtered and starved by Israel.

This could have been laid out better. Thank you!

We need to make sure that the two state solution is fully implemented and not settle for. “Promise” that never comes to fruition.
