Return Social Security retirement age to 55 and pay caregivers for disabled persons in the home.
The income from this to be non taxed as the care is part of the disability and

I appreciate the good intention here, but you’ll have to address the massive deficit problem to sell ideas like this. SS was invented when there were 42 workers per beneficiary. Today there are 2.8.

So true, by the time you start getting SS you are one foot in the grave.
The money you put into SS should be invested in stocks or an investment vehicle of your choice and it can’t be touched until you reach 55
