Single Issue Bills Executive Action

For too long, members of Congress (and congressional committee’s) have been trading favors and greasing pockets to lump in wildly unrelated and unconstitutional clauses to their bills under discussion. The Trump/Kennedy team need to issue an Executive Order, within their first 100 days, to mandate Congress must only submit and vote on single issue bills. This wont completely eliminate the quid pro quo, but it will drastically reduce the problem.

This action is not only necessary, but also well within the purview of the Office.
