Any vehicle they are driving should be immediately and permanently siezed regardless of ownership The money in any bank account belonging to an illegal should be siezed and the bank should also be fined. Fines should be assessed against any land owner who rents a place of residence to an illegal. Anyone who employs an illegal should also face a stiff fine for their first offence and felony crimal conspiracy charges for subsequent offenses.
No hearings or appeals related to any property or money seized from illegals should be held until the illegal has been deported or granted asylum.
