8US code 1324 allows for fines and prison time for anyone who houses, protects, or has any other contact with any illegal alien. It also provides for asset forfeiture. Simply compare the Black Rock rental property data base with the IRS data base of tax returns with names that do not match the social security number. These are all illegal aliens. The government can seize these properties, fine and imprison anyone who works for Black Rock. As soon as this is completed, Trump can announce what has happened, and that it will happen to all other landlords renting to illegal aliens. Within a month, 90% of illegal aliens will be evicted, and becoome homeless. The vast majority will just move back home, to what ever country they abandoned to come to America. The sudden vacancies will make the rental prices plummet, and the brats who can;t afford rent, will finally realize that it wasn;t business who was screwing them over, it was democrats in government
We could also hire some of the African American gang members or lower level threat us prisoners to be a militia to round these aliens up. What a good social rehabilitation program for parolees to enjoy!

Great idea. In any new legislation, make anybody who violates any statute and prevents the government from deporting any illegal Alien personally liable for any damage that that illegal alien might do. If you house them, employ them, assist them in any way, even a NGO, then you will be held liable. This should cover civil damages. Can you imaging if a victim of rape, or the family of somebody who was murdered could sue the NGO and any individual that assisted that illegal alien in any way. It is called justice for the American citizen.
There are so many people that were in a situation that was about to be terminal. If they return, they will soon thereafter become deceased. Those have great incentive to stay here.

If it can be proven that the criminal illegal alien left a sanctuary state to cross to a bordering state to commit murder/rape/larceny then the state should be liable for allowing them to use the state as protection from prosecution and for continuing to allow their criminal behavior. Example: Police in Texas capture criminal illegal aliens in Texas with a New Mexico plated car. New Mexico could be held liable for crimes committed by said aliens in Texas.
