Shut down FDA and USDA

There is no constitutional authority for either agency, and in fact they have wreaked havoc with our food supply and sided with huge cartels that have poisoned our food supply. They have allowed widespread use of herbicides and pesticides which poison our land and rivers. They have allowed GMO frankenfoods. They have allowed pharmaceutical companies to market poisons as “medicines”, often with an addiction factor requiring weaning, and which are no better than street drugs in many instances, they have allowed the marketing of “vaccines” with toxic ingredients and mandated children receive these. Their mischief knows no bounds. They do not serve the people. They serve mega-agriculture and Big pHarma.

Private organizations comparable to Underwriters Laboratory can handle the duties of the FDA and the USDA. When is the last time you worried about the safety of your electrical device? Already some of these organizations exist. If the FDA and USDA went away, there would be more.

I added another paragraph. Do you also agree with that? Feel free to say otherwise.

No actually I don’t, I don’t agree that we shut them down to turn around and hand the power to a private organization. The person spending the money in your home is an adult they’re perfectly capable of choosing what they eat drink or what medical care they choose to accept. We do not need a government organization or a private organization stepping in and interfering with our ability to choose and use our own damn head.
Now that said I do believe in truth and labeling, I believe the common names should be used on the ingredients, I believe within your state boundaries not crossing state boundaries but within your state boundaries you should have the freedom to buy and eat what you choose and if you go to the grocery store and you see a gallon of raw milk there because it would say raw milk and it would be a label on it that would say not USDA or FDA approved then you should be able to do that. So long as things are labeled truthfully and your state would handle enforcement of that. But I believe States should have the right to opt out of USDA and FDA regulations. I also believe that small farmers with under 400,000 a year in sales should automatically be exempt from USDA and FDA regulations however they must label that they are exempt from USDA and FDA regulations and still provide an ingredients label but they should also be allowed to sell in grocery stores. I believe for small farmers that are making less than 75,000 a year should be exempt from all taxes, income and sales local state and federal. That income should also not count against their social security or retirements or disability benefits in any way. This would encourage the stay-at-home mom to have a market garden, the extra income it would bring in would be spent locally improving the local economy. It would allow grandma to have a flower farm and not worry about losing her social security it would also allow her or Grandpa to be able to breathe a little easier knowing that it is not going to count against their social security and that their retirement will be a little bit more secure, this will also help to improve the local economy. This would allow kids and teenagers the ability to have a savings for college or trade school it would teach them about finances, it would also be a boom to the local economy

Thank you very much for your extended explanation. Private organizations would not have an impact on what you buy. You would still be allowed to buy whatever you want. They only rate the safety of something. Or if the claims made are truthful. That information is vitally important to the consumer, and often not provided now. Cosmetics don’t list ingredients. Private organizations do not interfere with your ability to buy. There are countless electrical products on Amazon that are not UL rated. Many are made in China. That doesn’t stop anyone from buying these on Amazon and they are quite popular. If there is no USDA, farmers would not be regulated. This means you can buy from an Amish farmer without worrying about whether he will be subjected to lawfare. Any time you set an arbitrary ceiling, inflation causes creep, and people pass over the set figure in time. But their actual buying power may have actually decreased. FDA and USDA issues have nothing to do with social security. We have to keep issues clean and simple. The simple point of private organizations is that they INFORM and nothing more. They have no power to stop you from buying, unlike the FDA and USDA. And that is why we need to shut down those unconstitutional agencies. I hope this better explains.

The thing that troubles me is the misunderstanding of the role of such organizations. As things stand now, you aren’t choosing because you are being guided into choices by what the FDA and USDA ban and regulate, and by all the fraudulent claims on products. You may be perfectly capable of choosing, but do you have the information you need to choose what you really want? Not these days.

Thanks again!

I would love to see all of the alphabet agencies gone every single one of them but I think the commerce clause is what allows them to be in place however that does not say that they can regulate trade within state borders.
