School shootings have seem to become more and more frequent all over the country. No one thinks it could ever happen to their family but the reality is, you just do not know. All schools should be equipped with metal detectors upon entering the building. As well as security on the property during school hours and school sanctioned events. No one should be afraid to send their child to school! The safety and well-being of our children should be one of the top priorities. School shootings simply just should not happen and more should be done to keep them from continuing!
