Require Green Card Holders to Apply for Citizenship Within 7 years or Revoke it

There a ton of people here that are Green Card Holders. They are able to collect federal and state benefits. Many come to the US, get their Green Card, get benefits and leave.
They should have to apply for Citizenship within 7 years and become a Citizen within 3 more years (10 years in total). They should not be able to do more than buy a single residential home that has to be a certain distance from military bases.
Green card holders should not be eligible for Federal/State benefits.
They can work, they can drive, they can go to school, they can own 1 single family residence and they have 10 years to apply for and complete Citizenship.

While I agree with your ideas, I recently found many don’t take the test to become citizens because of the language barrier. They learn to speak English. But reading and comprehension are a whole different ballgame. I don’t know what provisions are in place for helping with this. But if someone shows a desire to be a model citizen - is responsible, works hard, follows the laws - they, in my opinion, deserve some type of support in preparing to take the written test. How can we make that part of the process?
