Require Food and Pharmaceutical Manufacturers to Undergo Independent Testing and Clinical Trials Before Product Goes to Market

I call upon the Second Trump Administration and U.S. Congress to put forth and pass a law that requires food manufacturers to submit their products to independent lab testers to validate that the ingredients match those on the label before they go to market on a recurring basis. This law will also require pharmaceutical manufacturers to submit their products to independent clinical testing to validate their safety for consumption before they go to market on a regular basis. This law will uphold consumer confidence in food and pharmaceutical safety, and preclude any harmful chemicals from getting into the consumers’ bodies. Mike Adams, also known as the Health Ranger and founder of Natural News, has offered his independent lab’s services to meet this regulation. This regulation will be designed in the same manner and spirit as Sarbanes-Oxley (or SOX), Dodd-Frank, and Current Expected Credit Losses for the public accounting and commercial banking industry. Once these products pass these independent tests and clinical trials, the food and pharmaceutical manufacturers can then add a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) QR code or web URL on the product label. Consumers can use that QR code and URL to go to the product website that shows that the product’s recent and historical test results.
