Ensuring food safety is the main ingredient in the health of all Americans. It is essential that all foods currently being sold in the United States, our properly and unadulteratedly evaluated by independent laboratories to ensure their safety.
For too long, foods sold to American people have been evaluated by the companies who have been selling it. These same companies have been buying off Federal institutions and politicians, writing legislation and covertly allowing harmful chemicals to be added to our foods that are known to be or thought to be toxic.
This proposal is to find unbiased, incorruptible laboratories to perform proper food safety testing.
By having proper evaluation of food additive safety we can remove the confusion created by the rampant lack of concern that has plagued the American food industry for decades wreaking havoc on American Health.
Funding, unfortunately, should be sourced from American tax dollars to deter outside influence of those who have proven that they cannot be trusted. Reimbursement of expenditures could be considered if previous devious lab work is determined to have been the basis for harmful allowance of said additives.
Additionally, all chemical, hormone, genetic manipulation or processes used throughout the timeline of any food at any stage of the food process from plant seed growth to animal fertilization, must be evaluated and labeled to ensure an informed consumer.
