We need to, in fact, end all unconstitutional laws, especially gun laws. The NFA and the ATF are a bane to law abiding gun owners. The point of the second amendment is for citizens to have the freedom to possess any weapons our military can.
This shouldn’t merely come as legislation, however. We need our SCOTUS to grow a pair and rule ALL these laws unconstitutional. Thus, we need state and local law enforcement to be held accountable for enforcing unconstitutional laws. We also need to punish politicians who attempt to pass unconstitutional law. And we need president to establish state law cannot violate the the bill of rights.
