We cannot expect the government to make laws that protect us - FROM ITSELF!
No government makes firearms laws, or stockpiles their own arms, to protect law abiding citizens. They do these things to protect themselves from us - which breaches the very core of our Constitution and risks the ruin of all else contained within it. Every law, rule, policy or government agency that places limits on the private ownership of any type of “arms” is a direct violation - an “infringement” to our constitution.
STEP 1 - ROLL BACK THE INFRINGEMENTS
- Dissolve the ATF as a government organization and revoke every Rule, Law, Act, or Mandate they created since the very beginning of operation.
- Repeal the 1968 Gun Control Act.
- Repeal all Federal, State and local laws limiting the use, or purchase of firearms or other handheld “arms” such as knives and swords as well as any associated accessories necessary to maintain and use such arms, such as ammunition, magazines, silencers, etc.
- Repeal the Gun Free School Zones Act of 1990, and all state carry laws that limit who can carry, or how you can carry arms.
- Repeal all laws that withhold gun rights from individuals convicted of non-violent criminal offenses.
- Disarm all non-military and non-police branches of the government and distribute all firearms and ammunition accumulated by such organizations, to the youth education programs listed below.
- Delete all current databases that collect any type of information that creates a connection between a firearm and the firearm owner. Make it a Federal Offense for any person, or government body to gather any information that could facilitate a future policy for the mandatory confiscation of firearms.
- Repeal all taxes on Arms, ammunition, and accessories associated with the use or manufacture such arms.
STEP 2 - FUND YOUTH EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROGRAMS
The foundation of responsible arms ownership, is education. Teaching firearms skills and safety at a young age lays the foundation for responsible ownership as an adult by fostering a culture of respect and teaching positive uses for firearms by engaging in competitive social programs. To accomplish this, we must add programs to the public school curriculum that can be taught by certified firearms trainers.
- Require Public Schools to teach a firearms safety course in 8th grade, and a firearms use and marksmanship course at some point between 9th and 12th grades. This curriculum is open to any child whether in public, private, or home education.
- Fund and promote local and national marksmanship competition in the Intramural sports programs in High School and Colleges.

Firearms ownership is the absolute bedrock of the American Constitutional Republic.
After witnessing the current rise of the Censorship State and the push towards worldwide Totalitarianism that we are experiencing today, it has become as clear today as it was when our founding fathers first wrote the Constitution in the 1700’s, that you cannot maintain liberty for the people unless you give them the right to fight to keep it, and that power requires weapons that are equal to those held by the Government.
Looking back at history, owning firearms is the only thing that separates our country (the American experiment) from every other country that has disarmed it’s population and then quickly degenerated into a Fascist Totalitarian regime that abuses it’s people for acts of non-compliance. There are no exceptions to this historical fact.
It is fair to say, the right to keep and bear arms should have been the 1st Amendment, because without it there is no such thing as freedom of speech, freedom to travel, freedom to own property, etc., all freedoms dissolve if you cannot defend your right to have them.

Do you have a guaranteed “Right” to anything?
The single most misunderstood concept about the US Constitution is that the rights granted in it are somehow GUARANTEED.
The truth is… there is no guarantee of Natural, or God Given, or even Constitutional Rights!
The concept that we are born into a world that automatically GIVES us something at birth, is very misleading. The “Bill of Rights” is the ultimate example of this fallacy because it claims to grant every human some kind of Rights. This seems amazing on the surface, but in function it is perhaps the most dangerous concept in our Constitution, because it pacifies us into thinking these rights are something each and every one of us OWNS, and it can’t be taken away.
The hard truth is that the Bill of Rights is just a piece of paper. Thinking it will protect you from a corrupt government is pure naivete that has been proven to be wrong time and time again throughout history and the only thing that transforms that scrap of paper into the reality we live in here in the USA, is that there are private, peace-loving individuals who are willing to fight to keep it in force.
The only thing any creature OWNS at birth, is the very temporary gift of the spark of life itself, and even that can be taken away because you only have the right to ATTEMPT to survive here on this planet. The universe doesn’t dole out manifest ownership to your right to have things like freedom, liberty and happiness like it says in our Constitution. Nor is there any God, or any Government, that can guarantee such rights.
The truth is that every government ever created began it’s first day in power by attempting to remove powers and rights from the people it was designed to protect, and that process of chipping rights away from the people and giving them to the government continues every single day.
Consider the phrase from our constitution which states, “the pursuit of” happiness. This is the most honest piece of the whole thing! This one phrase states the truth - that you have the right to “pursue” these things.
It is only through our own perpetual pursuit, that we might keep our rights.
Humans are a naturally tolerant species, capable of putting up with much abuse. But at some point in the progression of government overreach and abuse, there are those among us that will draw a line in the sand and say, enough!
Without the weapons of self defense, there is no amount of abuse that is too much, there is no line in the sand, and slavery becomes inevitable.

As we are pushed to the brink of Totalitarianism in our own time, the wisdom of our founding fathers becomes more and more clear as the words they wrote so long ago, once again become the key to the survival of this great country they started.
If we are to survive and thrive as free men and women in America, we must roll back every illegal act, rule, and law that violates the very simple and clear statement:
THE RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.
This simple statement is the backbone of the American society. Anyone who disagrees with this simple principle must accept that this is what America is.
