Proposal to remove all federal policies and statutes that interfere with state statutes and policies. For too long we have let the US Government interfere with local government. The US Constitution was written to give the power to the people not the Federal Government. All Government Agencies would have to bring any policy before the states Attorney General AND Governor before any decicion is made to act on Federal Law IF there is a chance it could interfere at the State Law level. All actions by such Federal Agency shall be held accountable by the Sherriff of said county, as He/She is the elected law of the land.
