End Any and ALL Licensing for our Liberties by ALL 50 States

For far too long all 50 States have been violating our unalienable rights and our Constitution. All Americans should be educated and know exactly what our Constitutional Rights are!! All states are telling people they are required to have a driver’s license, a permit to carry their firearms, a license to hunt, fish, etc., however all of these things we are forced to get a license for are LIBERTIES and unalienable rights, yet they want to call them privileges.

“No State shall convert a liberty into a license, and charge a fee therefore.” (Murdock v. Pennsylvania, 319 U.S. 105) “If the State converts a right (liberty) into a privilege, the citizen can ignore the license and fee and engage in the right (liberty) with impunity.” (Shuttlesworth v. City of Birmingham, Alabama, 373 U.S. 262).

Therefore, anything your state requires a license for is an over reach and you as an American, have the ability to engage in the right with impunity per the Supreme Court rulings.

Ditto at the town level. My town passes new ordinances every 2 weeks, coming up with new ways to fine us if we don’t apply and pay for a permit to do things on our own property.
