Nullification of unconstitutional federal laws at State level

The constitution of the United States requires that the States and their citizens nullify unconstitutional federal laws. The Constitution was designed to LIMIT the federal government but our legislators have over the years neglected their duty and relinquished our constitutional rights and allowed a tyrannical government to overreach into our lives to an appalling degree.

Furthermore the current thinking that the U S Supreme Court is the final arbiter of constitutionality is contradictory to the U S Constitution. The Constitution is clear that the States and the citizens of the States are the final arbiters.

All States should develop a process whereby its citizens can petition to nullify unconstitutional federal laws and the laws be nullified (made null and void and not recognized). This would be a solution far better than secession or revolution…and our Founders called us to do this within the Constitution itself.

That 100% agree with this would be better than Chevron deference

This is a perfect proposal to formalize.
