If a law is not enumerated to the federal government by the US Constitution, stop regulating it. We are a FEDERAL REPUBLIC. Give the power back to the states where it belongs. When states make their own laws, it’s like we have 50 different experiments going on and they can each try their own unique way to solve problems. When one or more are successful, others will emulate. When there is one federal law that applies to all 50 states, there is no real creativity. Only by authentically living out our federal republic, will we be able to stay together as a country. Failing to do this will eventually erode our liberty and lead to a breakup.
