Reform Title IV-D and family court

The laws that are currently in place for the child support and family law need to be re-examined as they don’t reflect the modern era. The current system is predatory in the way that it’s executed and has an inherit bias as it’s using laws on the books that tend to not be impartial to the non-custodial parent. The system is more of a weapon to further fracture the constraints of the family. Having the pressures of adhering to a system that will severely punish the non-custodial parent is unjust. In example, non compliance on behalf of the non-custodial parent can have consequences such as imprisonment, driving privileges restricted, garnishment to bank accounts, as well as negative impacts to your credit worthiness. This system is constitutionally illegal but yet it is still being enforced.
