I think how milk, yogurt and cheese is made needs to be looked at and reformed. The milk is too sweet and not creamy enough, yogurt lacks flavor and has an almost chalky texture to it and the cheese seems like plastic. I believe we are over pasteurizing dairy across the board. Other countries (especially UK and Ireland) have much higher quality dairy products at reasonable prices. We should look at how they do things and copy it.
I agree. We should also have access to fresher more natural milk. If we want raw milk we should be able to get raw milk from our local farmers. There are too many restrictions on them for selling their products.
