The stock market should be as simple and as close to a PURE free market as possible.
-where there is no middle man to front run prices (market makers)
-betting with money you don’t have (margin)
-stock options (derivatives).
-regulation on government officials owning stock
I believe that the stock market is in much more control of government policies than it should be. The prices are completely manipulated and these big market makers control much of the wealth and power.
No government official should be able to use the stock market for their gain either
–The transaction between buyer and seller should be in its most simple form to find an ACTUAL true price . As close to a “one for one” system.
