Reduce H.O.A. authority

A common problem that has occured over and over again that I have noticed is crazy H.O.A. there’s always that one person that takes it to the extreme and causes more grief than anything else. So my proposal is there be first of all allowances for homeowners to opt out of All HOA so they may maintain their property as they see fit within constitutional guidelines. Secondly HOA regulations must be examined for constitutional compliance if the regulations are not in accordance with the constitution they can not and will not be implemented on any citizen. This would save a lot of judicial time due to law suits and disagreements that can and have led to physical disagreements.
