Quality care for our elderly derly in nursing homes/ assisted living facilities

Seniors in nursing homes and assisted living facilities deserve quality care! Repeated issues brought to administrators, corporate, ombudsmen, and state authorities have yielded no accountability or improvements. Elderly individuals deserve basic daily care, including regular bathing, prompt call light responses, and compassionate treatment. A more effective system must be advocated, as family, resident, and staff concerns are consistently disregarded not only by the owners, but the ombudsman and stat officials as well. A Minnesota company continues expanding its nursing home ownership despite displaying zero compassion for residents or families. Neglect is obvious and it’s minimized by those who receive payment to provide services. Neglect demands zero tolerance. Our elderly worked hard all their lives and should be taken care of adequately!
