Explanation & Justification
These should be merged because they specify the need for a safety net for recipients of disability benefits to work and obtain realistic assets if they are able to do so. The current system traps individuals in poverty.
These do not discuss other issues related to disability, but are specific to the need for options to work and have assets.
I propose that the proposal #1 written by Vicki 77 be adopted as the parent proposal because it is more detailed and provides examples and suggestions for implementation.
