I would like to see every State adopt the exact same Rules & Laws so that everything is Universal across each state.
Not going to happen. That would be One World Government on a state level. No.

Maybe for driving laws because we do freely travel between States.

We already have the unalienable and un-licensable right to free private travel on public roads. Hundreds of Supreme Court cases backing that up. The only restrictions that can be placed on that right to free travel is the use ones’ right to travel to endanger another’s equal expectation to the same right. The same amd only restriction that can be placed on any other Right of the People.
That’s problematic. While it should apply to some laws, others don’t work for one state that work in another. The way people live in Alaska is very different than the way they live in New York City. A very simple example would be fishing limits. One state has certain rules and regulations based on the fragility of those waterways. So I wouldn’t say all laws but there are some that should be nationwide.
