{When I searched for “paternity” and “DNA” I found LOTS of similar proposals. #1 and #2 seem to have the most detail.}

It’s a serious problem with a simple solution. A father should have the same right to know as a childs mother…and to eliminate any family disputes regarding trust and respect, the government should make the test mandatory to normalize it.
